Alpine Connection offer groups for both teens (13-18) as well as support groups for parents on a weekly basis
Teen Support Groups
Group is a powerful and effective approach to helping teens navigate through the difficult issues they face. Having a weekly groups where they can grow, connect with others, and discover more helpful coping mechanisms, often provides a new sense of “hope” because they realize they are not alone. Alpine Connection Counseling offers weekly groups, with a typical group size of 6-8 teens, all dealing with similar issues. Every group is led by a trained adult leader and offers weekly accountability and guidance not only from adult leadership, but also from the group itself, and has proven to transform the lives of many teens in profound and significant ways. Remember, you are not alone. There is help and there is hope!
The Teen Support Group meets on Tuesday and Thursday nights at 7pm at the Alpine Connection Counseling office. Teens can attend 1 or both and the cost is $50 per session.
Parent Support Groups
The parent support is an invaluable resource for parents struggling to communicate with their child or help protect them in a daunting world of temptations and negative influences that are all around them. The parent support group meets on Wednesday nights from 7-8pm at the Alpine Connection offices. Cost is $50 per couple or parent per session.
